There are two Honda dealerships closer to me than Honda of Slidell! Honda of Slidell is straight forward with pricing and I don’t feel like I’m talking to a Sales Person. Scheduling is easy and their mechanics are very efficient. Did not charge me for the multi point inspection! I’m a happy customer!

I enjoyed the purchasing process very much. Anthony and Diego were very nice. However when it came time to pick up my vehicle the interior had not been cleaned (which I requested), also the tank was so low I couldn’t make it to a gas station. All in all the customer interaction was great, it just felt like after the sale the service fell off completely.
Too expensive they charge me 1668 Plus tax and $39 shop fee to do fuel injectors after I got it done. I called other Honda dealer and they were $450 cheaper. Before going there, Make sure you check the prices with other dealers.

Deanna, was very accommodating, I showed up an hour early for my appt and they were able to get me in before my scheduled time and out before Westbank traffic was bad. I drove 40minutes for their service!

When going to test drive, I got in the drivers seat and he adjusted my seat while he waited to close the door. I booked my appointment for a recall notification as well as my maintenance (A 1 2). I booked this appointment online. When I pulled up and walked in I was greeted by a very agitated female worker. I use this local Honda dealership regularly to get an oil change on my Lexus SUV (Lexus dealer too far away). They do a great job.
Brought car there twice for lights on dash. Lights stayed on for 3 years. Both times they gave me run around about telling me why every light on my dashboard was on. Took it when I had warranty and then back for same problem they never fixed first time. Wanted me to pay so my next move is an attorney. The parts girls are rude as xxxx considering Nicole kept hanging up in my face.

Misty understood what issue I was having and clearly communicated what the course of action would be. She kept me informed throughout the service process and honored the quote she gave me. When I picked up my vehicle, William reviewed what was done and gave me suggestions on what I should do going forward to mitigate the issue I was having and also gave me next steps if the issue returns. I even received a follow up call from Misty days later to see how my vehicle was doing. Overall a very positive experience. I will return in the future.
