2020 Honda Accord Performance

Honda Accord Performance

Under the hood of the 2020 Accord is your choice of two lively engines. There’s the standard 1.5L 4-cylinder engine that produces 192 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. For even more power under your pedal, there’s the available 2.0L 4-cylinder. This engine will churn out 252 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque for a livelier commute.

Each engine can then be paired with one of three transmissions:

  • 6-speed manual
  • 10-speed automatic
  • Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT)

Additionally, you can get paddle shifters with the 10-speed automatic transmission or CVT. You’ll still have the convenience of an automatic transmission whenever you’d like. At times, though, you can put the control at your fingertips, deciding how the engine and transmission perform at different moments.

2020 Honda Accord MPG

With the unyielding power produced by this sedan, you’ll want to cruise around town for hours at a time. With the Honda Accord gas mileage, you can do so before needing to search for a gas station.

The vehicle achieves an EPA-estimated 30 city/38 highway MPG on the LX, EX, and EX-L trims.* Of course, there are systems in place to help you stretch that fuel economy as much as possible.

The car comes standard with an Eco Assist™ System. It consists of two parts: the Driver Feedback System and ECON mode. The latter will change or limit the engine’s, transmission’s, and/or climate control’s operations. The fuel-sipping Eco Assist™ will then go to work, ensuring you get to your destination.

Step inside the Accord, and you’ll find features comparable to a luxury sedan. This includes soft-touch materials, such as leather-trimmed seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob.

You’re sure to feel comfortable any time of the year thanks to available heated and ventilated front seats. The rear outboard seats can be heated, too, so that your backseat passengers won’t be left out in the cold.

Five people can comfortably sit inside this vehicle since it has 105.6 cubic feet of passenger volume. The large 16.7-cubic-foot trunk is great for groceries or your kids’ sports equipment.

Between these amenities and technologies, which also includes Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, you can be comfortable and connected on every type of drive.
