We drove 90 miles to have our car serviced by this dealer. There are dealerships much closer to home but Slidell Honda makes it worth the trip.

Got me in quickly, fixed the recall and did an oil change within a few hours. Only complaint, which is about honda in general, 7500 miles should be enough to qualify for their free oil changes on a brand new car.

I have experienced great service at Honda of Slidel. The staff is professional and friendly.

I was on my way out of town, called these folks in a panic. They were able to see me quickly (1/2 hour after I called them!) looked at my car, give me a stop gap solution so I could get to where I was going, and charged me just for the fluids I needed. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Some of the service agent don't seem to know customer service. Don't listen to the customers and are poor communicators.

When u don’t get great customer service you go back to the “tried and True” so to speak. I was looking for a vehicle with a spare tire. my daughter had just purchased a used passport in Baton Rouge. I liked the spacious 2nd row seats , superb handling, and having a spare tire was a number one priority. These fix a flat packages are a mess with toxic contents and they are only good for one time then you have to get them refilled. And how much does a full size tire deter the mileage. Not much!! Got my car fixed as promised, scheduling and getting the car in was easy and the repair was quick.

This is the ONLY Honda location that can service my vehicle. I pass up 2 Honda locations just to have my vehicle serviced here. The entire staff is amazing but to be specific my service provider is Jenny. Such an amazing service advisor. She makes my commute to this location worth it.

Sales staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my 3rd purchase from Honda of Slidell. I keep going back even though i live in Metaire. It's always worth the short drive. Always a pleasant experience and never feel like I'm being pushed into anything.

Great experience overall. Responsive Text chat through w/ Toni on the truck I wanted, to Chad, sales rep to Scott, Sales MGR and then Financing with Jay Bee. I did my research and was upfront and realistic on my trade value. I was out in 2 hours from stepping in the door on the first visit!

We purchased the vehicle at this dealership and have had 24 months "free" maintenance. Today we had a recall on the fuel pump checked out. I dropped it off as agreed and it was ready about 15 minutes before the time quoted. Great communication from the service department.

If I could give 0 stars you'd get exactly that. This is the 2nd time my wife has brought the accord in for oil change/tire rotation and you didn't rotate the tires when you was paid to do so. There wasn't one fingerprint on wheels/tires, not one lug nut needed to be torqued, and the biggest tell tale sign is the only wheel with curb rash is still located on driver side front where it was before she brought it in, so don't try to tell me you performed a rotation. I went in with $39.95 offer for an oil change. Upon entrance they were immediately recommending an $80 service. I was not happy after completion to be delivered a $60 invoice for just an oil change. The clerk said its tax before giving me the receipt. In what mathematical calculation do you go from $39.95 to $60.00 as I view the receipt $23.95 was labor. The coupon should state 39.95 materials only. The only great thing was the waiting time, it was much fast that I anticipated.

They fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything. They were very congenial. Thanks!

I don't like to be lied to on a deal I was given a sale price yet the final price came in 300.00 more than was quoted and I was told I had to except the Ikon technology when I asked for it not to be included in the sale yet when I got home it was not even installed on the car but I was charged for it yes they said I can pick up a refund check in 48hrs. I will not be returning for to purchase again

The service department was the best. I brought my car in after having it a Royal which was a total of 4 weeks between December and January and could t figure out the noise in my front end. I decided to go where I purchased the vehicle and amazingly they found it within 2.5 hours . Fixed it and I am back on the road in my car with no issue.

It was a good experience, Misty took good care of me, explaining what needed to be done. I do think they over charged me for oil change, because I brought in a coupon for lower price.

I loved the ease of booking an appointment online. David H has been my service advisor many times and he is great. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection etc. and was there for a total of 48 mins. I’ve been to many different Honda dealerships and this one is the best, hands down!

Staff was professional and courteous. Fair price. Did not pressure me. Kept their word on every they promised.

Misty in service was very kind and knowledgeable, I went in for an oil change and multi inspection and she had recommended other service items. I was hesitant at first, but she took the time and explained the reasons for the services, I ended up doing a little research and it was definitely needed. I couldn’t have even found the parts cheaper online trying to save money. I will definitely be back.

Awful experience that truly made me understand why used car salesmen have the terrible reputation that they do. The manager of the used cars division, Scott Nguyen, will resort to threats of service refusal when you question his integrity once he's caught in a bold faced lie; leaving you to question not only his integrity, but his intelligence.
